The pursuit of peace, equity and justice is a universal purpose, and a society aligned with actions in this direction will be more effective in this goal. Educational Institutions, other institutions, governments and volunteers, together, must lead this movement: the building of a culture of peace.
This joint construction must be increasingly planned and optimized, based on objective criteria and with concrete actions that contribute to strengthening and spreading a positive culture of peace in its broadest sense.
